How to fully close and reload the beta app

Step-by-step solution

On iPhone

  1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause to show open apps.
  2. Swipe Expo Go up / off the screen to fully close it.
  3. Open the Barterloo beta link again.
  4. If needed, log out and log back in.

On Android

  1. Open the recent apps screen.
  2. Swipe Expo Go away to fully close it.
  3. Reopen Expo Go.
  4. Open or paste the Barterloo beta link again.

If it still does not work

  1. Send support a screenshot taken after the reload.
