Support team checklist

  1. Ask for the signup email.
  2. Check whether the user is in buyers / admin.
  3. Check GHL contact and smart list.
  4. Check whether the onboarding workflow fired.
  5. Resend current login instructions (include the exp:// warning).
  6. If the contact is only an old lead, send the current signup link.
