I already paid, but the app asks me to choose a plan

Quick answer

Do not pay again. If you already paid but the app asks you to choose a plan, the payment / subscription may not have synced into the app account yet. Support can look it up and attach the plan.

Step-by-step solution

Reload first

  1. Do not check out again unless support tells you to.
  2. Fully close and reopen Expo Go.
  3. Log out and log back in.
  4. Make sure you are logging in with the same email used for payment.
  5. If the plan is still missing, contact support with your payment email and a screenshot.

If it still does not work

  1. Send support the email used at checkout and the email you used to log in.
  2. Send a screenshot of the “choose a plan” screen.
