Camera access button is stuck during ID verification

Step-by-step solution

On Android

  1. Open phone Settings.
  2. Go to Apps → Chrome (or the browser being used).
  3. Open Permissions.
  4. Allow Camera.
  5. Reopen Barterloo and try verification again.
  6. If the prompt still does not work, only try another browser if support tells you to.

On iPhone

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Check Safari / browser camera permissions.
  3. Make sure camera access is allowed.
  4. Reopen the verification page.

If it still does not work

  1. Send support a screenshot of the camera prompt.
  2. Tell us your device model and whether you are using Chrome, Safari, Expo Go, or another browser.
